This Privacy Policy seeks to demonstrate our commitment to the proper handling, security and protection of your personal data, as part of an ongoing effort to balance respect for your privacy with the provision of our services. With this Policy, we also seek to clarify your rights regarding the personal data processed, which are guaranteed by personal data protection legislation, such as Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD). It's important to remember that, for the sake of your own security and that of your data, you will only have access to the full range of Raquel Menopausa Content features if you agree to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy and are duly registered or identified in the app, with your login and password. Also remember to keep your data and access to our Platforms confidential. It may only be accessed from your personal devices and with your login and password, which should be handled responsibly. Never transfer and/or share your access credentials with third parties, and be careful about accessing suspicious websites. Doing so could cause your information to be lost or leaked and compromise your own security.

If, however, you do not agree to comply with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other documents and guidance for the Platforms, you should immediately stop using and accessing the Platforms and/or cancel your access, registration and account. 1. Definitions

It's important that you know what we're talking about. The definitions of the terms we use in this Privacy Policy follow those already defined in our Terms of Use, as well as, in addition, the following:

ANPD – NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY: a public agency with the status of a regulatory agency linked to the Ministry of Justice, responsible for overseeing, implementing and enforcing compliance with the General Data Protection Law throughout Brazil.

Legal Basis: the justification that authorizes the processing of personal data even without the consent of the Data Subject, our app and services' User. Consent: One of the legal bases authorizing the processing of your data. It's defined in the General Data Protection Law as a “free, informed and unambiguous expression by which the data subject agrees to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose.” Consent is not always necessary to process your data, but we will respect your choice or objection to the processing of your data, provided this does not imply any measure that would prevent us from continuing to provide the services.

Registration data: data collected for registration purposes (name or company name, address, email, marital status and profession or economic activity).

Accounting and tax data and information: data linked to invoicing and payment for services/licenses contracted for use of the services by the client/user/advertiser.

Personal data and information about users' browsing activity: geolocation, IP addresses, cookies, or other identifiable character strings and other information from transactions carried out through the website/app that point to the user or the party contracting the services.

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The Natural Person is the Data Subject, to whom the personal data being processed relates.

Sensitive personal data: any data of natural persons relating to their racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership in a trade union or in a religious, philosophical or political organization, or that relates to health or sexual life, as well as so-called genetic or biometric data.

Privacy: the set of information about an individual that shapes their personality, and which only they have the right to decide whether to disclose, to whom or how, and whether or not it may be used for economic or other purposes. As our app offers an emotional support experience, should we collect information that could compromise your privacy, rest assured that we guarantee security measures to protect that information and your privacy.

Processing of personal data: all operations carried out with personal data, such as those related to the collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

2. Data collected

You accessed our Platforms for the purpose of using our Content and having an experience of consuming information and interacting with Users and Advertisers through the conveniences that technology offers, remotely, without exposure, and with your privacy guaranteed.

The Raquel Menopausa Platforms collect information in two ways: directly, provided by you in our registration form fields and while using the Website/App; and indirectly, when Raquel Menopausa collects information based on your use of the Content.

2.2. Data collected indirectly

In addition to the data collected through the access forms described above, we may also indirectly collect other personal data. When collecting data indirectly, from your first access to the App onward, we collect traces of browsing behavior, characteristics of interest and affinity with content and communities, access frequency, access times, sharing behavior, interaction frequency, and relationships between data from direct questions and browsing and interaction behavior. Our intention with this collection is to direct you to the features available in the App that best suit your profile.

2.3. Sensitive data

In offering its Content, Services, Products and Information, Raquel Menopausa may process data considered sensitive under data protection legislation. This is because the legislation defines health-related data as sensitive data, and the information we collect to offer our Content, Services, Products and Information may fall into this category. Raquel Menopausa understands that this information deserves the fullest possible protection, and may only be processed with your consent. It is therefore essential that you understand that Raquel Menopausa's services may involve the processing of sensitive data, and that you express your agreement to this processing. Accordingly, you declare and consent that Raquel Menopausa may process your sensitive data, especially data involving behavioral characteristics and symptoms related to the climacteric and menopause, for the purpose of providing our services, since the features made available for your profile will be based on this information.

By providing information related to your health or symptoms within the app, you declare that you are aware that this data may be used to personalize the platform's features and, where applicable, for interaction with automated features available in the app, always in accordance with the purposes described in this Policy.

2.4. Data made manifestly public by the data subject themselves

If you are the legal representative of a legal entity that has adopted (or intends to adopt) the Website/App, please note that your data may have been obtained by Raquel Menopausa by accessing information you yourself have published on social media, identifying you as a potential Raquel Menopausa User based on the profile you present on your social media accounts. Under data protection legislation, in these cases the data subject's consent is not required to process data made public by the data subject themselves, but, notwithstanding this, we guarantee you the absolute right to object to the processing of your data, if it was collected in this way.

2.5. Data of minors

The Raquel Menopausa app may not be used by users under 13 (thirteen) years of age. We expressly advise that, due to the data processing we carry out, use by people between 13 (thirteen) and 18 (eighteen) years of age should occur exclusively with the consent and supervision of a responsible adult, as set out in the Terms of Use. If you are a minor, do not share your data with our services without prior authorization and supervision from your legal representatives. We reserve the right to prevent your access to our Content, Services, Products and Information if we determine that you, as a minor, are not duly authorized by your legal representative.

2.6. Browsing data

In addition to the information you provide on the Website/App, Raquel Menopausa may process (store or handle) log information during your visit to the Website/App, which will be done using tools that include, for example, web bugs, cookies, embedded web links and other systems. These tools collect certain traffic information that your browser sends to a website, such as your browser's type and language, access times and the address of the website you came from. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, a unique identifier for devices connected to the internet, and behavior (“clickstream”). 3. Purposes

Raquel Menopausa only collects information and data necessary for the purposes declared herein, of:

creating registrations and promoting advertiser access and contracting;

preparing, completing and carrying out the publication of content and interaction in interactive environments called communities;

offering tools for biometric analysis;

directing the user to the communities/content suited to their profile and symptoms related to the climacteric and menopause;

welcoming, guiding and tracking users' progress in an environment of information and community interaction related to the climacteric and menopause.

sending communications via WhatsApp and Email to actively reach out to users in order to re-engage them with the Website/App's features;

providing accountability and issuing reports to users

preparing, completing and carrying out the publication of Advertisers' advertisements;

exclusively sharing performance reports for advertisements contracted by Advertisers;

complying with legal obligations and ancillary obligations arising from them (such as issuing invoices, accounting and billing);

informing you about new products or services (marketing, communication and promotion strategy for our activities, services and products), but we will not share this data with anyone else for any other purpose;

recovering potential Users who stop using the platforms, by sending messages, emails and contact notifications;

personalizing the app;

improving the experience of using the services;

identifying and reporting service usage metrics;

generating data to improve and enhance the services;

responding to requests from potential Users and Advertisers in order to solve problems, answer questions and assist with the use of the services.

By using, accessing, consulting and/or viewing Raquel Menopausa's Content, Services, Products and Information, you consent to and authorize Raquel Menopausa to process your identified personal data and sensitive personal data in accordance with the purposes listed above. Therefore, should you not agree to this processing, you should not use, or, should you already be using it, should discontinue use of the Website/App, being aware that this will prevent access to and use of the Website/App and its Content, Services, Products and Information.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. Sharing with technology partners to provide the services

To enable the app to function and offer its features, Raquel Menopausa may share certain personal data with technology partners that provide services necessary for the platform's operation.

These partners act as data processors, handling the information exclusively for the purposes described in this Policy and subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

Infrastructure and storage services

We use cloud computing services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage, processing and operation of the app's infrastructure.

Artificial intelligence services

Some of the app's features may use artificial intelligence services provided by Amazon Bedrock, which offers language models developed by partners such as Anthropic (the Claude model).

To enable interaction with the app's virtual assistant, some user data may be sent in a limited way, such as:

This information is not used to identify the user outside the platform and is processed solely to enable the service's functionality.

Usage analytics and metrics services

We also use analytics tools provided by Google Firebase Analytics, which collect information about app usage, such as:

4.2. Sharing with third parties in the event of companies within the same group, mergers or acquisitions

Users/Advertisers are aware that Raquel may, for strategic or business reasons, sell, buy or take part in a merger or reorganization of its business and activities, in Brazil or in other countries. In this case, Users/Advertisers acknowledge and consent to their personal data being shared with companies within the same group, or otherwise, that take part in these processes, and that these transactions may involve access to information contained in the Website/App's databases. Should this occur, however, all reasonable efforts will be made to seek appropriate protection of this information, to the extent expected for these types of transactions.

5. Use of automated technologies and artificial intelligence

Raquel Menopausa may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence features, to help provide information and support to users within the app.

These technologies are used for purposes such as:

6. Storage

Information collected based on your consent, as is the case for most of the processing carried out by Raquel Menopausa through the Website/App, may be kept stored with us for an indefinite period, and we justify this because you may access, suspend access to, or return to using the app, and your information will always remain linked to your registration, as it forms part of your history and allows you to have a better experience of our services and track your progress. But remember that you can always request the deletion of data we collect based on your consent, and we will do so, unless we have a legal, contractual or regulatory obligation requiring us to retain it. For data collected to fulfill contracts between Raquel Menopausa and you, we will retain this data for the term of the contract and, afterward, for the exercise of legitimate billing and civil liability rights, in accordance with civil legislation.

For storage and processing of data for the purpose of supporting and promoting our activities (marketing), as mentioned above, you have the option to agree to the collection and processing (opt in) and also to request that processing for this purpose be discontinued (opt out), without this automatically implying the deletion, blocking or suspension of processing for other purposes based on Raquel Menopausa's legitimate interest, in its capacity as controller. We are committed to informing the User/Advertisers of the data should any breach contrary to their interests occur. For this reason, should something go wrong, we have an Action Protocol to be followed and, if necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible, as well as notify the relevant authorities, and take steps to immediately minimize any damage caused.

10. Final considerations

Finally, please know that,

we are committed to processing your data only for the purposes declared, and that our purposes are legitimate, specific, explicit and disclosed to you, with no possibility of subsequent processing incompatible with those purposes;

we will only use your data in a manner appropriate to and compatible with the purposes disclosed;

we will only use the data necessary for processing and in accordance with the declared purposes, respecting relevance and proportionality, without excess;
